This week’s guest is William Morris of Music Box Theatre, and he’s picked two stellar films for the conversation. Consider this your official excuse to go down a new cinematic rabbit hole.

All October long, you can catch Will introducing films, programming screenings, and conjuring up all kinds of spooky movie magic at Music Box of Horrors. 🎃🩸

Yes, physical media is king. Long live the disc. 📀👑 But there’s still something gloriously irreplaceable about seeing a horror movie in a theater — projected on the big screen, surrounded by fellow weirdos, with the audience collectively realizing they’ve made a terrible decision.

So this October, get out of the house. See a horror classic. Discover a cult movie. Watch something you’ve never heard of. Go get properly scared at the cinema.

Support repertory film. Support your local theater. Support the spooky arts.

And if you hear something scratching behind you during the movie… absolutely do not turn around.
